In this regard, justification of the main trends of infrastructure development, as well as the possibility of coordinating infrastructure development in all areas of economic activity in the region is important. It is necessary to pay attention to balance of development of the system-forming elements of the regional infrastructure in accordance with the needs of the national economy and the population. This article outlines the results of a study on forming of methodology for strategic planning of the balanced development of the regional economy infrastructure, including the concept, factors and directions for balanced development of the infrastructure.
